Semester one Exam Project 2014
The last project that we did in Algebra 2 was to write our own tests for the semester exam. There were ten questions that we had to do: three easy, three medium, three hard, and one ridiculous. Overall, I thought the project was fun because it got our brains working harder and thinking more critically because we had to come up with a lot of the problems on our own. However, I do think that there were times when is what hard to figure out exactly what we were looking for and I think that we could've gone back over a few of the lessons to refresh ourselves.
As for the semester exam itself, I am going to study by going back over the notes I have taken this year in my comp book with my peers and my parents. I will ask for help wherever I need it from Effi, and I will probably do some practice work. I will look back over old tests and old assignments to see where I need the most improvement and work in those spots first.
The overall semester was good though because It helped me learn my strengths and learn spots where I need to improve. For example, my strengths are in completing all of my assignments to their full ability and on time, however my weak spot is in testing. It seems that I know the material up until the test and then Im looking at something completely different from what I studied.

Final Algebra 2 Exhibition
I am going to be exhibiting my polynomial project to represent what I have learned this year in Algebra 2. It shows what I've learned through my ability to take equations and make them into a photo of nature. While doing this project I learned how to solve polynomial equations and what type of points to insert into the axes to produce a line on a graph. I learned what types of points make the polynomials negative or positive.
Reflection: The importance behind this project was to challenge our brains and use our knowledge of polynomials to create our own using a picture, or making one. Through this project I learned how to come up with points that all worked together to create a polynomial and how to use the abstract part of my brain. I learned the importance of scalars and the minimum and maximum points when it comes to creating the polynomial because without them, it is impossible to have a polynomial in general. If I were to make changes to the project I would change the requirements of having a certain polynomial being a certain degree or more because I found that it got in the way of my idea and I then had to change it.
If I were exhibiting my project again I would change the way I presented myself and would make it seem like I was actually interested in exhibiting my project. However, I was feeling sick so it was hard to do that. I would also be more engaged with my audience.
I see testing well and being able to understand the content as my strengths as well as getting my work done on time. As far as weaknesses go I will find it hard to motivate myself to get studying done a few days to a week prior to testing.
